Accenture has begun monitoring how employees use its artificial intelligence tools and will factor this into promotion decisions to boost adoption across its workforce. Senior managers have been told leadership roles require “regular adoption” of AI. The move follows 11,000 job cuts linked to its AI transition and cost-cutting measures.
