Apple has gone to the Delhi High Court to oppose new antitrust rules that allow the CCI to levy fines based on global turnover. The company says the retrospective, wide-reach penalty system is unfair and disproportionate. Apple also wants parts of the CCI’s orders and penalty guidelines struck down.
